Ken Connolly

Owner/General Manager

Ken started in construction when he was a teenager and his love of making beautiful things kept him in it. He is a respected innovator in the residential construction sector in the central Vancouver Island area. Ken has been a student of building science for many years, and brings a practical, balanced approach to building. He is committed to meeting the challenges that environmental issues pose, while building quality, liveable homes.

Jason Schmidt

Owner/Construction Manager

Jason Schmidt has been building all of his life; starting by following his father around on job sites as a boy in rural Saskatchewan. Jason partnered in the company in 2008. He has worked on a variety of projects, including civil work, institutional renovations, and high end residential new homes and renovations. Jason’s years of hands-on experience are essential in delivering the desired results to clients.
