Integrated Design

As a Design-Build Company, we support you from start to finish to create a cohesive and quality design by using integrated design principles. The integrated design process (IDP) is a collaborative process that focuses on design, construction and operation of the building for its complete life-cycle. During this process we will consider whole building design including architecture, structural engineering, passive solar building design, HVAC and interior design. We will involve all stakeholders early in the design process to ensure a quality design.

Floorplans

We provide Floorplans from conceptual to construction drawings that are building permit ready. We work hand in hand with our construction team, preferred trades and engineers to ensure a seamless process, as well as provide ‘design only’ contracts for people who aren’t ready to start construction. Depending on the project, our drawings can include foundation and floor plan(s), elevations, cross-section(s), roof plans, details, and a site layout. We work on a variety of projects including renovations and new construction projects. No matter the size, we will help you with all your design needs.

Interior Design

Having a hard time with materials and colours, or need help consolidating your ideas? We can assist you create a cohesive scheme, whether interior or exterior, that complements your aesthetic. We will provide knowledge on materials, plumbing, lighting, millwork, and furniture so that you get the best quality and appearance for your desired budget. Our award winning team of trained designers can help bring your vision to life.

Renderings

Committing to a design on paper can be a daunting task, but with our rendering services, we will help ease that process. All our drawings are built in 3D so we are able to easily curate images and walk through videos with your chosen finishes and materials. This takes out the guess work on how your finished product will look like and give you peace of mind.
